DETAILS OF THIS INVESTMENT

With construction completed, the apartment is scheduled to go live for bookings in October 2022.

As co-investor, you qualify to get paid a share of the income generated on a quarterly basis for as long as you are invested here You will be paid the same share as you have invested.

All investments are advised to be locked in for a minimum of 6years (so that you recoup your investment as cash and gain capital appreciation).
